Your company grew. Everything still runs through you.
We install the operating rhythm, project system and automation that growing companies run on, so your team delivers without you in every meeting.
The signs you've outgrown how you run
One operating system for the whole team
We stay to implement. The rhythm, the tools and the automation are running before we step back.
Operating rhythm
Weekly and monthly cadence, clear owners and a scorecard leadership actually uses.
Project management
A PMO sized to your team: intake, priorities, status and delivery you can see at a glance.
Automation and AI
Status updates, reports and routine admin handled by systems, not people.
Accountability
Decisions move to the right people, with the context to make them without you.
Fixed fees. Clear outcomes.
We price the result, never the hours. You know the cost before we start.

Recent work, in numbers
Clients are anonymized. Figures come from the project systems we ran.
Project governance from zero
We built the PMO: 27 projects, 159 epics, a weekly compliance report and automated leadership updates. Completed work rose from 18 items a month to 355.
Regulatory launch, mapped before spend
An AI pipeline read the regulations and mapped gaps. It showed the new entity needed three regulatory tracks, not one, before money went into the wrong plan.
Delivery across the portfolio
24 projects for 13 clients, 1,366 tasks tracked. Critical production bugs, including a site-wide outage, fixed in about one business day.
Retainer overruns caught early
An automated daily check alerts at 75, 90 and 100% of each retainer. First month: 27 runs, zero errors, six early warnings, one of them 11 days before month end.
A senior operator, not a junior team
Osbridge is led by Oscar Togo, an operations and program leader with more than 10 years across agencies, regulated operations, construction, consumer goods and digital businesses.
Today he runs operations for a design agency and, until recently, ran the PMO for a regulated manufacturer through a multi-province expansion. We bring a bench of specialists for builds when a project needs one.

Common questions
Why fractional instead of hiring a full-time COO?
Most companies with 10 to 50 people need senior operating judgment, not a full-time executive. A fractional engagement costs less than a manager's salary. The diagnostic also tells you whether you'll need a full-time hire later, and what they should own.
We tried a consultant before and nothing changed. Why is this different?
We stay to implement. The rhythm, the tools and the automation are running before we step back.
Is this just AI automation?
No. AI is one tool we use to remove admin work. The core is ownership, cadence and project discipline.
Why fixed fees instead of hourly?
You buy an outcome with a known price. No timesheets, no surprise invoices.
What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes. You walk us through how work runs today, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can, we send a one-page scope for the diagnostic.
